• Marwell AS is awarded a multi-year contract by an international operator for Coil Tubing Drilling scope of work.

• Marwell together with our partners Packers Plus shall deliver downhole completion equipment and associated running tools for lower completions installed in Coil Tubing Drilling (CTD) laterals.

 

The scope of the contract award covers the provision of full lower completion systems for both matrix and frac applications to be deployed early in 2025. The systems shall be comprised of mechanical isolation packers, sliding sleeves, liner hangers, toe initiation subs and other associated components. Marwell and our partner Packers Plus shall provide a seamless integrated delivery of all components from our combined portfolio’s.

 

The work shall be managed and supported locally by Marwell under our ‘well-first thinking’ ethos and driven by our team of subject matter experts working alongside the operator.

 

Our strong partnership with Packers Plus will allow Marwell to further expand our capabilities in coil tubing drilling, completion and stimulation. The Packers Plus portfolio of technologies include multi-stage stimulation and isolation solutions, liner hanger systems and innovative flow control technology to suit the most challenging downhole applications.
