1. Purpose

3.3.1 Quarterly Strategy Meeting
Each quarter a meeting is arranged to discuss business strategy, project progress, etc. and this provides an opportunity for all employees to contribute suggestions for continual environmental improvement. Actions are recorded and assigned to an appropriate ‘owner’ and progress is recorded as part of the Environmental Aspects and Impacts register.

3.4 Innovation for Sustainability
Through technological innovation, we aim to reduce environmental impacts associated with well completion and intervention. This includes the development and use of:

Composite and dissolvable materials to reduce waste and environmental exposure.

Wireless systems and advanced designs to minimize resource use and operational footprint.
3.5 Responsible Procurement and Partnerships
Environmental aspects are considered in all procurement decisions and we aim to collaborate with suppliers, partners, and clients who share our commitment to sustainability.

Where possible, Marwell AS chooses suppliers and vendors with ISO 14001 accreditation, and ISO 14001 status is logged as part of the Supplier and Vendor List.

3.6 Awareness and Engagement
We promote environmental awareness among our employees and stakeholders during quarterly meetings and at other appropriate opportunities, ensuring that our values and practices support sustainable operations and continuous improvement.

4. Implementation and Review
This policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders, and made publicly available on our website. Marwell AS will review this policy annually to ensure its continued relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with our strategic goals and environmental responsibilities
