Lasse Hermansson
Lasse is an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in the energy business. Lasse has previously founded Ridge (later acquired by THREE60 ENERGY) and was one of the founders of Marwell in 2019.
Founder, Board Member & Managing Director
Mike Williamson
Mike has served in senior leadership positions spanning multiple industries. He has successfully developed and commercialized new technologies in the energy industry over the last 15 years. Mike has served as Managing Director since founding the company in 2019.

Geirmund Sætre
Geirmund has over 20 years of experience as a technical and commercial leader within the energy industry. He has successfully developed and commercialized several transformative technologies related to well completion. Geirmund has served as Technical Director since founding the company in 2019.

Hilde Nordbø
Hilde is a strategic leader with 25 years of energy industry experience and has previously held roles such as VP of Strategic Improvement at the Norwegian Offshore Directorate and CEO of Efab. She has spent 13 years at Equinor, where she was Manger for Global Strategy and Business Development.

Karen Vatnamot
Karen has spent the last 20 years working in management consulting, private equity and corporate strategy roles. For the last 5 years she has served as a director at PwC and has extensive experience working within the energy sector on corporate strategy, transformation and mergers & acquisitions.
