• Marwell has been awarded a long term contract for the provision of stimulation sleeves for proppant and acid stimulation wells in Norway.

• Marwell has signed a partnership agreement with multi-stage completion global leader Packers Plus Energy Services to support this major contract award.

• The scope of work shall include provision of sliding sleeves and associated equipment manufactured by Packers Plus.

• The contract is effective immediately and mobilization of equipment will begin January 2023.

Marwell has been awarded a multi-year frame agreement with a major Norwegian operator for the provision of stimulation sleeves for proppant and acid stimulation wells. To support this scope of work, Marwell has established a partnership with Packers Plus Energy Services (Packers Plus) whereby Packers Plus shall provide stimulation sleeves and other associated equipment for use on multiple fields on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The work shall be supported locally by Marwell under our ‘well-first thinking’ ethos and driven by our team of subject matter experts working along side the operator.

 

Partnering with Packers Plus will allow Marwell to further expand our capabilities in completion and stimulation. The Packers Plus portfolio of technologies include multi-stage stimulation and isolation solutions, liner hanger systems and innovative flow control technology to suit the most challenging downhole applications.
